College Credit Plus
Dayton Public Schools and local college and university partners have teamed up to offer our students a unique learning opportunity that gives them a fast forward start to earning college credits. Ohio’s College Credit Plus program allows qualifying students in grades 7-12 the opportunity to take courses that count for both high school and college credit.
The district is required to provide information about the College Credit Plus program to high schoolers by early spring (typically March 1), and should also hold a public meeting about the program. The deadline for notifying your school of your child’s intent to participate is typically April 1. Contact your child’s high school guidance counselor for more information.
