Five (5) sturdy 1 ½ inch binders with pockets

3-4 Dividers for each binder

Loose-leaf paper (for all classes)

2 one subject spiral notebooks (for Social Studies & Math)

2 composition books (for Language Arts & Science)

Graph paper (for Math)

1 pack of 4x6 Index Cards (for Language Arts)

Pens (blue or black ink ONLY)

Mechanical pencils or numerous # 2 pencils

Pencil sharpener that catches shavings

Highlighters

Mini stapler w/staples

Basic 4 function calculator

2 boxes of tissues

$5 locker fee

$5 Art fee (if scheduled)

$5 Science fee (if scheduled)

 

Please note that additional supplies may be required after school starts.

 

A FEW TIPS BEFORE WE START

 

• Be aware that our lockers are only 9 inches wide when purchasing a book bag. They need to be stored during the day.  Book bags are NOT permitted in the classrooms
• A syllabus will come home the first week from every teacher.  Please read them for specific details, sign and return to the appropriate teachers.
• Have students leave electronic devices at home.  There are phones in classrooms if they need to contact home or if you need to contact them.
• “Dunbar Spirit Day” is every Friday.  Please, wear your blue and white.
